TEC On-Line Candidate Reference Form

The TEC candidate should have this form filled out by a TEACHER, COUNSELOR, EMPLOYER, MINISTER, PRIEST, or HOLY SISTER who knows him/her.  This form will help us to place the candidate in a group where he/she will benefit most.  TEC officials will keep this information in STRICT CONFIDENCE.

Please check the appropriate areas.  Please note: TEC is a Catholic sponsored religious experience with an ecumenical dimension.  All people are welcome to participate; Sophmores (who are 16 years of age), Juniors and Seniors in high school, as well as Freshman and Sophomores in college are eligible to make TEC.

At the end of this form, please comment on anything that you feel could help the TEC team to understand and deal sympathetically with the candidate.  Helpful information would include comments regarding candidate’s home life, his or her doubts, difficulties, and hopes, and attitudes towards life.
